Positive comments: Kedves barátságos, türelmes személyzet! Negative comments: A szoba árnyékolása gyenge volt, nagy melegben sokat jelent, nem mindenki bírja a klímát sem.

Positive comments: Több mint 20 éve visszajáró vendégek vagyunk az Erkelben. Csodálatos lett a felújított Dürer szárny. A wellness-ben sokat időztünk :))) Negative comments: A sok pozitív tapasztalatot beárnyékolja a recepción lévő kártya leolvasó terminál hibája. A 3 hónappal ezelőtt kapott Törzskártyát nem ismerte fel a rendszer. Most nekem kell utána járni,hogy megkapjam pontjaim.... A Dürer 506-osban zúg a klíma berendezés /illesztési hiba./ Az étteremben a székek lába alá filcet lehetne rakni mert elég zajosak amikor mozgatják, főleg idősek, akik nem tudják megemelni a széket.
