I am very pleased with my experience booking a hotel through your website. When my first choices were not availavle, I received a useful suggestion of making a reservation at the Andrassy hotel. The price that I got was very good considering the quality of the Andrassy. I was pleased by the fast and helpful responses to my several e-mail requesting additional information about the Andrassy (such as how many beds come in the room, and how big are the beds). Our short stay in Hotel Taverna could not have been more enjoyable. The situation was convernient for all sightseeing and shopping. The breakfast was excellent with great choice and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our fears over the Hungarian language were quashed as all staff spoke English and the reception staff were pleased to assist with any reservations for trips or taxis. The hotel is conveniently situated for a short trip to Budapest being on the Pest side and we would recommend it . We look forward to returning to see the sights we missed and eat again at the Karpathian restaurant.
