Gyula is situated in the south-eastern part of the Hungarian Great Plain, in the neighbourhood Transylvania, on the left bank of River Fehér-Körös. The tawn lies 220 km from Budapest. We are easy and fast to reach by coach, train or car.
Gyula is famous for its rich history. It rose above the settlement of countryside early in the 14th century. The only gothic brick castle of lowland remained intact in Central-Europe was built at this time. It is the symbol of Gyula. The Castle Theatre – one of the most prestigious summer theatres of Hungary – has a history of almost 50 years.

The Corvin Jazz Garden is the summer jazz terrace of the hotel with Mediterranean atmosphere, palm trees and torch light which waits its guests with grilled specialities.
