Positive comments: Kényelem, jó ágyak, építészet. A Bock Bisztró kiváló konyhája. Negative comments: Szőnyegpadló tisztasága hagy némi kívánnivalót, a reggeli ára teljesen irreális, messze nincs összhangban a kínálattal és annak minőségével.

Positive comments: A fine hotel, very well appointed, with friendly and very competent staff at all levels. Beautiful pool and sauna. Our group all enjoyed our three day conference stay and left feeling we had also enjoyed a pampered holiday experience. Negative comments: Whilst the Hotel's location is fairly described as city centre and is ideal for the business traveller, it is a km or more from the main area of tourist interest, and while public transport appears to be good, it is difficult for a non-Hungarian speaker to master in a few days.

Positive comments: I found the Hotel Staff and Management very helpful always happy and they always made sure your every comfort and needs were looked after at all times. The accomodation and food was Seven Star Quality and outstanding in every way. The Convension and Leisure facilities are opulent in quality. Our group were amazed and overwhelmed by the experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes a Five Star Budapest experience. Negative comments: None possible
