Positive comments: Személyzet kedves, szolgálatkész. Étkezés, ellátás jó, a strand szuper, szép helyen van, gyerekeknek egy paradicsom. Negative comments: Egy balatoni szállodában kellene hely a vizes dolgok kiakasztásának. Kellene hely böröndöknek. Pótágy folyamatosan szétcsúszott. Több WC kellene például a földszinten is. Két felnőtt részére 1 zuhanysapka. Nincs minden ágy mellett, felett éjjeli lámpa. A strandon lévő ágyak tisztasága hagy némi kívánnivalót maga után. Ezek mellett az árak mellett a rávaló matrac lehetne ingyenes. Az uszodában ha hűvösebb van, lehetne melegebb, de legalább a víz hőfoka ilyen esetben lehetne több.
