Positive comments: Az animátorok nagyon ügyesek, különösen Zsuzsi! A személyzet egyik fele odaadó, lelkes, előzékeny, humoros. Név szerinti dicséret a vásárlók könyvében. Negative comments: A személyzet másik fele unott, fásult, lusta.

Positive comments: A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A szobával sem volt semmi nagyobb gond, tiszta, rendezett volt. Negative comments: A wellness részleg, mint szolgáltatás a szálloda méretéhez képest nagyon gyenge, mindenképpen fejlesztésre és egy nagyobb bővítésre szorulna. A másik negatívuma az étkeztetés volt, ahol nem egyszer kellett az előttünk ott maradtak maradékait arrébb tologatni, és volt hogy nem is nagyon takarították el végül, sokszor volt koszos az asztal, illetve picit szervezetlen volt, mert ha nem volt hely, akkor az emberek bolyongtak, ácsorogtak amíg nem találtak helyet. Ilyen tekintetben a beengedést szabályozhatták volna, de legalább tiszta rendezett asztalokhoz ül le az ember.
